  • 1 cup bath salts (Epsom or sea salt)
  • 2 tablespoons lavender buds
  • ½ cup grapeseed oil
  • ½ teaspoon lavender essential oil


  1. Pour salt into a large ceramic or glass bowl
  2. Stir in the lavender buds
  3. Add grapeseed oil and lavender oil. Mix well
  4. Lightly dampen your feet with water
  5. Massage the mixture gently into the skin
  6. Leave the scrub on for at least 10 minutes
  7. Rinse and then pat dry your feet

  • 3-4 drops of essential oil of choice


  1. Put salt into a large glass or ceramic bowl
  2. Stir in coconut oil and vitamin E oil
  3. Add essential oil of choice. Mix well
  4. Place your mixture into a glass container until ready to use.

Note: You can omit the vitamin E and use ½ cup coconut oil if preferred.
